More than 20 years of experience mainly in the commercial, corporate, real estate and contracting areas, focusing especially on mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, joint-ventures, buying and selling companies and assets, opening subsidiaries and branches, agreements between partners, restructurings, as well as contracting in terms of distribution, agency and franchise, where he has participated in the opening and expansion of several franchises. In real estate matters, he has advised on the sale and lease of commercial premises and office buildings.
He has provided advice, in the areas above, in a preventive stage and in litigation before the courts.
Within these areas of practice, over the years he has specialized in advising technological start-ups, from its incorporation to its different phases of growth and funding rounds, as well as to companies in the pharmaceutical sector that promote clinical trials with drugs, applied to human beings, in order to assess their effectiveness and safety.
