Architect

Architect by the School of Architecture of Barcelona since 1985, Member of the College of Architects with nº 14.588/2 and Master´s degree in Business Administration at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. In 2015 she obtained a postgraduate degree in Mediation from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

She began her activity at the Miguel Álvarez Trincado Architect’s studio, which lasted for 10 years, the same amount of years she spent at Inmobiliaria y Constructora Habitat as Project Director. She also worked at Inmobiliaria Zabálburu (subsequently absorbed by Bami) as Delegate for Catalonia for 4 years. The last 14 years, she has worked in Architecture and Urbanism, as well as advising her clients as a real estate expert.

Architect and Mediator, with experience in the construction of more than 3,000 homes, hotels, residences, and business parks; with experience in Urban Planning, in the drafting of more than 30 planning figures such as Special Plans, Compensation Projects, Partial Plans, modification of General Plans; and with experience in Real Estate Management and Valuations accredited after 38 years of work in all these fields.
